No. 42 of the Bird Collective bird patch collection. Collect them all!
Boldly colored and vocal, Scott’s Orioles inhabit the high deserts and adjoining mountain slopes of the arid Southwest. They begin singing before sunrise and continue through the sun-parched hours of the day. Scott’s Orioles have a special relationship with yucca plants, where they forage for insects and nectar, and weave nests out of and amidst their leaves.
This patch is inspired by the Center for Biological Diversity, a nonprofit that works to protect endangered species and habitats around the world, including the deserts that Scott’s Orioles depend on.
Embroidered bird patch with iron-on backing. Adhesive is temporary. For durability, we recommend sewing or using a permanent, flexible fabric glue.
