One pound of a 50/50 lentil + flax mixture fills this eye pillow in its own cotton bag. The outside removable cover is sewn in smooth cotton sateen in one of four patterns using french seams meaning no fraying and easy washability.

Unscented, giving you the option to use your choice of essential oils on the interior pouch.

Includes instructions for heating or cooling to sooth sore muscles or provide headache relief. Use multiple pillows to sooth different parts of the body at once!
